I am a licensed massage therapist, fitness trainer and graduate of Keiser University (Fort Lauderdale, FL where I studied Applied Exercise Science. I have been in the health and wellness field for over 3 years and I am passionate about helping You achieve, maintain, and recover from your active lifestyles. I was fascinated with how much relief I experienced from just my first massage.
